Richard Miller, age 74, of Fawn Lake Forest, Hawley died Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale.

Mr. Miller was born January 1, 1935 in New York City, NY and was the son of the late Harry and the late Adele (Machler) Miller.

He retired as a mechanic for an office equipment company.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Denise C.(Tremblay) Miller and six sons: Daniel Miller of Hackensack, NJ, Richard Miller of Holbrook, LI, NY, Dennis Miller of Hawley, PA, George Miller of Goshen, NY, John Miller of W. Milford, NJ, Andrew Miller of Boise, ID; thirteen grandchildren, one great grandchild and one sister: Florence Loperfido of Lake George, NY.

Calling hours will be Saturday, January 2, 2010 from 10 to 11 am at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA, followed by a memorial service at 11 AM, with Rev. Theodore Muller, Former Pastor Of Visitation Hawley United Methodist Church, officiating.

Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
