The first time Rose and I met was in 1987 when I was hired to work in the district office. She always had a kind word, remarkable insight into people and great advice. She was an inspiration to me and also offered great support as a friend and co-worker. My deepest sympathies to her family - she loved you all so very much! Her eyes would get that extra twinkle when she spoke of her grandchildren.
