Anne R. Lieb, age 73, of Lackawaxen died Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at home. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Alan Lieb.

Born July 31, 1938, in Riga, Latvia, she was the daughter of the late Fricis and Elsa (Janssons) Grauds.

She was a great potter and also enjoyed blogging. A terrific baker and bartender, she was a loyal and trusted best friend.

A beloved wife and mother, she is also survived by two daughters: Dawn Keane and her husband Kevin of Port Jervis, NY, and Kyra Pauli of Washington; two sons: Cameron Reed of Miami, FL, and Alex Lieb and his wife Janet of Bethesda, MD; a brother: Gunnar Grauds of Florida; several grandchildren and one great grandson.

Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
