Victoria A. Ventosky, age 93, of Lake Ariel died Thursday, January 12, 2012, at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale.

 Born June 17, 1918, in Dickson City, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Dziondziak) Ventosky. Prior to her retirement, she had been a farmer. She was also a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Ledgedale.

She had been a wonderful caregiver for her mother and uncle.

Victoria's family wishes to extend special thanks to Peggy at Caregivers of America and the staff at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center. They also want to give special thanks to Victoria's neighbors, Mandy and Mabel.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and their spouses: Kathleen and Nikolaos Tsaousis of Monroe, CT; Charlene and Sean Breuler of New Britain, CT; Eugene and Cindy Alichwer of Pennsylvania; Antonette and Joseph Eppitolo of North Carolina; Frank Vinci of New Jersey; and several great nieces and nephews.

Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel. There will be a Graveside Service at St. Mary's Cemetery in Ledgedale in Spring.
