Mary Ann Carlo, age 70, of Friendly Acres, Hawley died following an illness on Friday, May 8, 2015, at home. She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Carlo Sr. They would have celebrated their 50th Anniversary in June.
Born November 19, 1944, in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Cono and Carmela (Croce) Dalia. Formerly of N. Babylon, Long Island, NY, she was an office manager for a restoration company prior to her retirement. She and her husband had been residents of Friendly Acres for 10 years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters: Dominique Carlo of W. Babylon, Long Island, NY, and Danielle Carlo of Deer Park, Long Island, NY; one son: Thomas Carlo Jr. of Deer Park, Long Island, NY; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Local arrangements were made by Teeters' Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St., Hawley. Funeral services are being arranged by Mangano Funeral Home, 1701 Deer Park Ave., Deer Park, NY 11729. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
