Carrie Jane Quick, age 86, of Bohemia, Hawley died Sunday, September 6, 2015 at Wayne Woodlands Manor in Waymart.
Jane was born November 16, 1928, in Jermyn, PA, and was the daughter of the late Robert and Carrie E. (Krause) Rosemergy. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert (Gig) Rosemergy and a niece, Jan Hoadley.
She was a farmer and loved her horses.
She is survived by one daughter: Janet DeCandido and her husband Chris of Lords Valley, PA; grandson: Jason Skisland of Bohemia; step son: Larry Jensen of Hancock, NY; great granddaughter: Joy Skisland; nephew: Chuck Rosemergy and his wife Veronica of Bohemia, PA; and many other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 12, at 11:00 AM at Green Gates Cemetery in Hawley with Rev. Norman R. Beighley, Pastor of Bethel Lutheran Church, officiating.
