Francis Charles "Frank" Gustin, age 85, of Hawley and formerly of Lakeville, died Monday, April 4, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale. Mr. Gustin was born May 31, 1930 in Steelton, PA and was the son of the late Francis and Veronica (Newkam) Gustin. He served in the Navy from 1948 to 1952 and worked as an electronics technician in Astoria, OR and was employed by RCA in Moorestown, NJ. Frank loved to sing and dance and performed at the Ritz Company Playhouse and other local theatre groups. He truly loved to entertain people. Mr. Gustin was a member of American Legion, Wilson-Kelch Post 311, Hawley, PA, longtime member of Knights Of Columbus, Rev William B. Healey Council 797 and Hawley Senior Center. He is survived by two sons: Greg Gustin of Lake Placid, FL, and Jerry Gustin of Deadwood, SD; three daughters: Maureen Pitcavage of Throop, PA, Stephanie Howard of Charlestown, WV, and Paula McElroy of Truckee, CA; his companion of 32 years: Anne Kreiter of Hawley, PA; two brothers: Paul Gustin of Phoenix, AZ, and Arthur Gustin of Hershey, PA; one sister: Patsy Klunder of Gilbert, AZ ; six grandsons, two great granddaughters and one great grandson and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday, April 8th from 6 to 9 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 9th at 10 AM at BVM Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 314 Chestnut Ave, Hawley by Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor. Burial will be in B.V.M. Queen Of Peace Cemetery, Hawley. Memorials may be made to Society of the Little Flower at www.littleflower.org
