Marcella M."Marcy" Mulvey, age 76, of Woodledge Village, Hawley died Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Geisinger-Community Medical Center, Scranton. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Joseph R. Mulvey. Born October 12, 1939, in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of the late John Bernard and Mary (Waversack) Farrell. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a secretary and also babysat. Formerly of Long Island, she was a Hawley resident for 12 years and was a member of BVM Queen of Peace RC Church. Marcy loved crafts and going to Mt. Airy Casino. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters: Gina Balla and her husband Rodney of Syracuse, NY, and Lori Mulvey of Hawley; a son: J.J. Mulvey and his wife Michelle; two grandsons: Lorenzo Tesoriero and his girlfriend Amanda Kulpa and Vincent Tesoriero and his girlfriend Brittney Colwell; and a great granddaughter: Adrianna Tesoriero. Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 3, from 2 to 6 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. There will be a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 4, at 11:30 AM at BVM Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 314 Chestnut Ave, Hawley, celebrated by Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor. Burial will follow in Green Gates Cemetery, Hawley.
