Joseph Andrew Wasco, age 65, of Saylorsburg died Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Medical Center-Muhlenberg in Bethlehem.
Mr. Wasco was born January 14, 1951 in Scranton, PA and was the son of the late Andrew Paul and Catherine (Martin) Wasco. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his siblings: Andrew Wasco, Marian Verikas, Grace Ciszak, Nancy Wasco and Paul Wasco.
Joseph was a logistics manager for Sandvik Steel and was a Penn State football fan and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years: Carol Christine (Conti) Wasco, three daughters: Courtney Wasco of Lacrosse, VA, Kellie Wasco of Saylorsburg, PA and Shannon Wasco of Saylorsburg, PA, and three sons: Brian Wasco of Kresgeville, PA, Jeffrey Wasco of Gilbert, PA and Michael Wasco of Saylorsburg, PA.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, August 1st at 10:00 at BVM Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 314 Chestnut Ave, Hawley by Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor.
Inurnment will be at B.V.M. Queen of Peace RC Cemetery.
