Jacklyn Victoria Bakker-Hohfeler, age 41, of Hawley died Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Jacklyn was born September 11, 1975 in Dover, NJ and was the daughter of Dan and Linda (Slifko) Bakker.
She was the owner of Hilltop Hopes-Horse Rescue in Greeley, PA.
She is survived by her husband: David Hohfeler of Hawley; her parents Dan and Linda (Slifko) Bakker; a brother Jesse Bakker of Miami, FL and a sister Stephanie Bakker of Ocoee, FL, and a brother: Christopher Bakker of Chicago, IL; two uncles; several nieces and nephews, especially Kelly Loli, who helped the family in many ways.
Private cremation and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial may be made to the Pike County Humane Society, 189 Lee Rd, Shohola, PA 18458.
