Obituary of Shirley Marie Meling

Shirley Marie Meling, age 81, of Damascus and formerly of Seeley's Landing in Tafton died Sunday, December 25, 2016 at home. Mrs. Meling was born September 25, 1935 in Hawley, PA the daughter of the late Alexander and Mary (Garrity) Woliski. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald W. Meling in 2015 and a son Ronald Meling, Jr. She was a homemaker who enjoyed restoring antique furniture in her free time. She is survived by four daughters: Stacey and Jeff Moore of York, PA, Jackie and Dave Mueller of Damascus, PA, Tammy Lawler and Dave Rock of Dingmans Ferry, PA and Sharon and George Koufas of St. Augustine, FL; fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, two sisters: Pauline Meinzer of Hawley, PA and Joan Savage of Tafton, PA and several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
