Peter Cerruto Obituary

Peter Anthony Cerruto, 57, from Brooklyn, NY but resided in Hawley, Pennsylvania, sadly left us on February 2nd, 2023, following a long hard battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He was surrounded by his loved ones at the time of his passing.


He is survived by his mother Maria Cerruto, his brother Savio Cerruto, his sister Lisa Holzapfel and her husband, Peter, as well as his firstborn daughter Samantha Cerruto, his only son Daniel Cerruto and his youngest daughter Desiree Cerruto. He also had two grandchildren, Xena-Marie Cerruto, and Khalina Aponte. His uncle John Incardona and his wife, Heather. Two nieces, Nicole and Danielle Holzapfel and a nephew, Tim Holzapfel.


A visitation will be held from 12 noon until 2 PM on Saturday, February 11th at Teeters Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St., Hawley, Pennsylvania. The memorial service will begin at 2 PM at the funeral home.
