Robert A. Hartman, age 58, of Masthope, Lackawaxen died unexpectedly at home on Saturday, June 29, 2024.



Born October 3, 1965, in Queens, NY, Robert was the son of Margaret E. (Kenny) Hartman and the late Alexander G. Hartman. He had attended Wallenpaupack Area High School.



A resident of South Lake Tahoe, CA, for many years, he worked as a housepainter. Robert had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to tell jokes. He made friends wherever he went.



He is survived by his mother: Margaret Hartman of Masthope, Lackawaxen; two sisters: Maureen Hartman of Hawley and Eileen Vigliotti of Milford, CT; one niece: Brianna Brown and her fiancee, James Frei of Hawley; two nephews: Sean Brown and his wife Jennifer of Hawley and Joseph Vigliotti of Holyoke, MA; and two great nephews: Owen and Tully Brown.



Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
