Robert James Pratt Jr., age 58, of Bellingham, WA, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

Born December 16, 1965, in Brooklyn, NY, Robert was the son of the late Robert James Pratt Sr. and the late Evelyn M. (Simpson) Pratt. Formerly of Hawley, Robert was a graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School, Class of 1984. Following graduation, he enlisted in the Marine Corps.

After serving in the Marine Corps, he moved to Tampa, FL, where he and his brother Steven operated a cleaning service for private aircraft. He later moved to Vancouver, Canada, and then to Washington state where he spent most of his adult life. He owned and operated a computer merchandise business for many years.

He is survived by two daughters: Sarah Moffitt of Pendleton, SC and Faith Pratt of Charleston, SC; one son: Robert James Pratt III of Bellingham, WA; two sisters: Lynn O'Brien and her husband Edward of Tampa, FL and Ellen Ace and her husband John of Bushkill; one brother: James Ilardi and his wife Donna of Carmel, NY; and three grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by his infant daughter Brittany, his brother Steven and his sister Laurie Ross.

There will be a memorial service for Robert on Saturday, August 17, at 3:00 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 507 Church St, Hawley. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 PM at the funeral home. Robert's urn will be interred with his mother, brother and daughter in B.V.M. Queen of Peace Cemetery, Hawley, at a future date.
