Robert William Nestrick, age 80, of Lords Valley died Wednesday, September 4. 2024 at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton. Robert was born on May 23, 1944, in Jessup and was the son of William Nestrick and Ann (Fetcho) Nestrick. A member of St. Michael's Church while growing up in Jessup, he was a graduate of St. Michael's (Slovak) School, Class of 1962.

Robert was employed as a Deputy Sheriff in Honesdale, Head of Security for Lake Adventure Community Association and a Community Service Coordinator at Progressive Rehab of PA before retiring.

He was a kind and caring son and father who enjoyed spending time with family. He was an avid New York Yankees and Philadelphia Eagles fan. He loved animals and had a dog, Bosco, who was his best friend for 15 years.

He is survived by his daughter, Stacey Nestrick of Hawley.

His daughter would like to thank Wayne Memorial Hospital, Allied Services Scranton Rehab Hospital, Geisinger CMC, Teeters' Funeral Chapel and Pike County Area Agency on Aging.

A celebration of Robert's life will be held at a future date.

Robert "Bob/Dad" will be greatly missed.
