Born Fay Mary Magan in New York City on March 23, 1932, to Angelica (Syran) Magan and Peter Magan, Fay was a graduate of Boston University with a BS in business education and Boston College with a master's in education. She retired after 32 years from the Bellmore-Merrick District High School, Long Island, NY.

Fay was married to Arthur G. Schrank of Hawley, PA. He preceded her in death in 1998. They spent their winters in Naples, FL. She played golf with her late husband and enjoyed traveling.

Fay was also a seasonal employee of Woodloch Pines in their gift shops. After her husband's death, she subbed in the Naples public schools. Fay was a member of the Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, The County Gardeners Club and the Red Hat Society.

She is survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 7, from 10 AM to 11 AM at Teeters' Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-On-Hudson, NY.
