Margot Anita Rieger Obituary
Margot Anita Rieger, age 88, of Hawley passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rolf Karl Rieger and her son, Thomas Rieger.
Born October 19, 1936, in Karlsruhe, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Albert Zimmer and the late Louise Meyer.
Margot worked as a bookkeeper in the aeronautical industry prior to her retirement.
She is survived by one daughter, Denise Rieger of Hawley, a grandson, Russell Maier of Bay Shore, NY, a granddaughter, Kristina Guercia of New Hampshire, one great grand-daughter, Mia Guercia, and her daughter-in-law, Marie DiMola of New Hampshire.
Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
