Helen A. Badoud, age 93, a resident of Aventura at Creekside, Carbondale died Thursday, November 6, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent A. Badoud, in 1990.

Born April 15, 1932, in Port Jervis, NY, Helen was the daughter of the late Valentine and Frieda (Dellert) White. A lifetime resident of Greeley, she was a retired mail carrier for the US Postal Service.

Helen was a member of St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church in Shohola. She worked as a volunteer at both the Hawley and Greeley Libraries. She was a lifetime member of the Greeley Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and Pike County Fire Police.

Her greatest loves were books, thread crochet, her Grandchildren, and her pet cats.

She is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth A. Badoud of Greeley; three sons: Vincent F. Badoud of Yoder, CO, John T. Badoud of Lackawaxen, and Michael S. Badoud of Tafton; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel and a gathering will be held sometime in the future.
