Andrew Robert "Andy" Wlock, age 91, of Hawley passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda (Lombardo) Wlock.
Born September 3, 1934, in Manhattan, NY, Andy was the son of the late Charles and Angela (Pieochinski) Wlock. An Army veteran, he had been the owner and operator of Lee Julian Inc., a specialty automotive repair shop in Huntington, Long Island, NY.
After having a vacation home in Masthope Community in Lackawaxen since 1978, he and Linda decided to build a home and move full-time to Hawley in 2000. Andy was a member of BVM Queen of Peace RC Church in Hawley.
Active well into his retirement, Andy enjoyed skiing, golfing and woodworking in his home workshop.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter: Dawn Wodzenski and her husband Thomas of Medford, NY; five grandchildren: Thomas Joseph Wodzenski; Dana Neitzy, Kyle Wodzenski, Matthew Wood and Marissa Ahloe; and several great grandchildren.
Andy was preceded in death by his daughter, Darcy Wood.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 2, from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. This will be followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 AM at BVM Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 314 Chestnut Ave, Hawley, celebrated by Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY.
