Minard Jay Thomas (aka Jay) 73, of Hawley, Pa passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family., Dec. 2,2025. He is survived by beloved soul mate of his golden years, Nancy Campen.

Survived by son Wade and wife Britnie and their daughter Rylee Thomas. Step - children, Ogjeana and Michael Masgula, of Lake Ariel, Pa. Tina and Brian Goodwin of White Mills, Pa. Ryan and Valerie and their daughter Jaelyn Campen, Honesdale, Pa. Many grandchildren that loved him. Jay lived a full life of hunting and fishing, enjoyed teaching others the trade. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Traditional Hospice for their compassionate care and support.
