Janet Katharine Figielski, age 86, of Milestone Estates, Hawley, PA and formerly of Florham Park, NJ, died December 22, 2025, at Givens Estates, Asheville, NC. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Peter Figielski, on December 3, 2013, and her sweet Dolly dog.

Mrs. Figielski was born January 25, 1939, in Elgin, Illinois. Janet was a graduate of The University of Minnesota with a degree in occupational therapy. She enjoyed joining her husband, Peter, in their radio-controlled aircraft hobby, being active with the Flying Eagles Flying Club, building their house, and managing their various small businesses.

She is survived by her two sons: Michael Figielski (Laurie Assid) of Asheville, NC, and James Figielski (Ami Shecter) of Blairstown, NJ.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
