Robert E. Fulmer, age 58, of Tink Wig, Hawley passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, April 17, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer Memolo Fulmer, in 2016.

Born May 6, 1967, in Brooklyn, NY, Robert was the son of Jan J. and Janet G. Fulmer, also of Tink Wig, Hawley, PA. He was an electrician for NYC Housing Authority.

Robert was one of a kind and truly such a genuine good-hearted person. He was fearless, tough as nails with a heart of gold. He was always there for everyone he cared about.

He loved spending time with his family and loved riding his Harley. He will be missed so much.

He is survived by his parents: Jan "Buddy" and Janet Fulmer; his sister: Karen Fulmer; two aunts: Beverly Fringo and Janet Medoro; his cousins: Michael and Donna Fringo, Joseph Medoro and Leslie Medoro DiVenti.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Gary Medoro, and his cousin, Debbie Fringo, and his loving grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Anthony Schwartz of Paupack United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Green Gates Cemetery, Hawley.
