Aaron William Sweitzer, Jr., age 79, of Glen Lyon died Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes Barre.

Born March 26, 1947, in Honesdale, Aaron was the son of the late Aaron William and Helen Agnes (McHugh) Sweitzer, Sr.

Well known in the Honesdale area, Aaron owned and operated Aaron's Coiffures for 50 years. He also worked at the salon in Walmart for 13 years.

He is survived by his sister: Evelyn Miller of White Mills, as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, whom he dearly loved.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Raymond Mosher and Alice Roese.

Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
