Robert N. McDevitt, age 77, of Greeley and formerly of Landsdowne, PA, died Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at home.
Mr. McDevitt was born October 8, 1938 in East Landsdowne, PA and was the son of the late Robert and Norma (Dickerson) McDevitt.
He was a PA State Trooper working in the criminal investigation division.
Robert enjoyed antique cars and collecting car models.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Carol Ann(Stryker) McDevitt, one daughter: Donna Capo of Scranton, PA and four sons: Mark & his wife, Resi McDevitt of Moscow, PA; Matthew & his wife, Kristen McDevitt of West Valley, UT; Marc & his wife, Cynthia McDevitt of King Of Prussia, PA; Steven McDevitt of Honesdale, PA and fifteen grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Friday, April 8th from 10 to noon at Hawley United Methodist Church, 315 Church St., Hawley, followed by the funeral service at noon with Pastor Anna Layman Knox, officiating.
Burial will be in German Hill Cemetery in Shohola.
