Jacob C. Kleber, age 85, Rt 590 East, Hawley died Friday, January 30, 2004 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale.
Mr. Kleber was born August 31, 1918 at Wilkes-Barre, PA the son of the late Jacob and the late Mary (Vandreuson) Kleber. His wife was the former Magdalen Hugo Kleber. She predeceased him in October 2002.
He was retired as a druck driver for Hoot Owl Quarry In NJ
He is survived by four daughters: Mary Canavesio of Somerset, NJ, Dorothy Hagan of Lebanon, NJ, Margurite Hambrick of Bound Brook, NJ, Veronica Baskin of Flemington, NJ
13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren
Calling hours will be Monday from 9:30 to 11 AM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 at Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 319 Chestnut Ave, Hawley where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Very Rev. Martin M. Boylan Pastor of St John the Evangelist RC in Honesdale.
Burial will be in Queen Of Peace Cemetery, Hawley.
Memorials may be made to Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 319 Chestnut Ave, Hawley, PA 18428
