Gladys L. Morris, age 91, of Tafton, died Wednesday, August 4, 2004, at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale. Miss Morris was born October 1, 1912, in North Sidney, Nova Scotia, Canada, and was the daughter of the late Herbert and Bessie Mae Louis Morris.
She was a farmers daughter and did clerical work for her brothers carpentry business.
She was employed as an Inspector by Taylor-Warton Co. in NJ.
She is survived by a sister, Doris Eichlin of Honesdale, two nephews and two nieces, including her niece, Carol Ulmer, with whom she resided in Tafton.
Funeral arrangements are being made with Devoe Funeral Service of Washington, NJ.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Clinton, NJ.
