Mr. Russell was born March 17, 1955 at Philadelphia, PA the son of the late J. Max and Charlotte Russell.
He is survived by his wife: Sue (Clemens) Russell, his mother Charlotte Russell
Brother & Sister-in-law, Joe Russell Jr. And Martha Russell of Boothbay Harbor, ME
Private services at the convenience of the family.
