Obituary of E. Christine Robson

E. Christine Robson, age 96, died Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at Belle Reve Nursing Center, Milford. Mrs. Robson was born June 28, 1909 in Oshawa, Ontario and was the daughter of the late Robert and the late Alice (Lymer) Hill. She was the widow of Fremont W. Robson. She was also predeceased by a sister, Rhea Edwards and a brother, Stanley R. Hill. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Robson was the eldest living member of The Church at Hemlock Farms, Chairperson of the House Tour, member of the church choir, and was treasurer of the Churchs Womens Club. She was a member of the bridge clubs at Hemlock Farms Womens Club, Lords Valley Country Club, and Milford Bridge Club. She was a member of the Hemlock Square Dance group, a volunteer for the Trauma Centre in Milford. She was a member of the Womens Club and Lords Valley Country Club and Friends of the Library. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Edna Hill of Thorold, Canada and ; sister-in-law, Patricia Black of Colorado and many loving nieces & nephews both in Canada and the US. She had many wonderful friends from Hemlock Farms and Canada. A memorial service will be held Friday Nov 11 at 11:00AM at The Church At Hemlock Farms, Lookout & Willow Drs, Hemlock Farms, Hawley with Herbert Jacobsen, Pastor officiating.
