Edward, just thought this would be something Christopher might say to you now that you're with him.
Oh hi there Daddy, come follow me, there is so much for you to see. There's a baseball field where we can play. There's a little pond; we can fish all day. You can read me a book while I sit on your lap; we can snuggle together and take a nap.We can do all the things that we wanted to do, now that you're up here with me and me up here with you. From Your Son, Christopher.

Is the sky a little bluer now? Are the stars a little brighter? I think they are my dear old friend because you were invited.
God came to you on a crisp Fall day. You said "I must go now? There are some loved ones I must see, some work I must get done."
"Don't worry my son, those things left undone;they aren't important now.You see I need you up with Me;I have new ground for you to plow."
Rest easy friends and family.I know that this was sudden. You see he's in the best of places-his laughter, jokes and tender heart are now in God's embraces.
Edward my you rest in peace.

Although I did not know Edward well, the memory of his life will live on with his daughter and his granddaughter. My prayers and thoughts are with those who knew and loved him -- who will miss him deeply, and fondly remember all that he brought to their lives. May peace be with you all.
Sincerely,
Dana

To the Strasser Family and Sue: I was out of town last week, not returning until late Sunday evening. On Monday morning I learned of Ed's passing. I am sorry to hear of your loss. Ed was independent, spirited, energetic, challenging, and most of all, fun. He was a delight to know, and he will be missed. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
