Louise M. DOnofrio, age 84, a resident of Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale died Saturday, December 10, 2005 at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale.
Mrs. DOnofrio was born February 18, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY and was the daughter of the late Stefano and the late Lucia (Sannino) Sorrentino.
She was a retired seamstress.
She is survived by one daughter: Elaine Wahlert of Hawley, PA, one brother: Joseph Sorrentino of Long Island, NY; one grandson, William V. Wahlert; and two granddaughters, Cynthia A. Wahlert and Victoria M. Wahlert.
Calling hours will be Thursday Dec. 15, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM, Dec. 16, at St John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, Hemlock Farms, Hawley, by Rev. Gerard L. Hawley, Pastor.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005.
