Obituary of Sophie Demopulos

Sophie Demopulos, age 91, of Hawley died Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale.
Mrs. Demopulos was born April 18, 1914 in Scranton, PA and was the daughter of the late James and the late Sophia (Schaefer) Demopulos.
Member First Presbyterian Church in Hawley and former member of Order of Eastern Star and Hawley Senior Citzens.
She was a housekeeper & waitress.
She is survived by one sister: Frances Warcholak of Columbia, MD and two nieces & two nephews.
A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Hawley at a time to be announced.
