Obituary of Wayne A. Feiertag

Wayne A. Feiertag, age 68, of Seeleys Landing, Tafton, died Saturday, May 27, 2006, at his home. Mr. Feiertag was born September 26, 1937, in Allentown, PA, and was the son of the late Alfred and Helen (Schnabel) Feiertag.
He was a graduate of Allentown High School, Class of 1956. He served in the US Navy and Naval Reserve in Willow Grove, PA, and later in the Air National Guard in Newbugh, NY, for many years. He was retired as a Technical Sergeant from the Air National Guard in 2003.
A life member of Tafton Fire & Rescue Co., he was also a member of Fearless Fire Company in Allentown and Wilson-Kelch Post 311, American Legion in Hawley.
He is survived by four sisters: Marilyn Ackerman of Allentown, PA, Phyllis Stoudt of White Hall, PA, Janice Schaller of New Ringold, PA, and Dorice Davis of Macungie, PA; a nephew: Kenneth Ruddell of Lehighton, PA; two nieces: Cathy Orendach of Allentown, PA, and Elyse Stoudt of White Hall, PA; and one great-nephew.
The Memorial Service will be Monday, June 5, at 11:00 AM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, with Rev. David Heckler, Pastor of St. Pauls Lutheran Church officiating.
