Obituary of Tapio Peltonen

Tapio Peltonen, age 60, of Fawn Lake Forest, Hawley died Monday, June 19, 2006 at home. Mr. Peltonen was born September 3, 1945 in Kuusankoski, Finland and was the son of the late Arndt and the late Fanny Peltonen. He was predeceased by his wife, Kathleen Gallagher Peltonen. His family and his work were the focus of his life. He was the owner of Sound Off Security Systems. He is survived by two daughters: Jeanette Owen of Bethlehem, PA, Tracy Peltonen of Fawn Lake Forest, Hawley, PA and one son: John Peltonen of Easton, PA; two sisters: Miria Dedorson of Karlstad, Sweden, Sirkka Tommola of Lake Worth, FL and 3 Grandchildren, Daniel & Jessica Owen and Cassandra Peltonen. Calling hours will be Thursday June 22, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at TEETERS' East Chapel 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Friday June 23, 2006 at 11:00 at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley with Rev. David Heckler, Pastor St. Pauls Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Green Gates Cemetery, Hawley.
