Obituary of Lois J. Guccini

Lois J. Guccini, age 75, of Greentown died Monday, September 11, 2006 at Mercy Hospital, Scranton. Mrs. Guccini was born August 17, 1931 In Buffalo, NY and was the daughter of the late F. Arthur and Ella Fredrickson. She was a retired part owner of White Beauty View Resort with her husband from 1953 to 1985 she later worked at Village R.V. Center in Newfoundland from 1986 to 1996. Mrs. Guccini earned a BA in Business Administration for Penn State University was a member of Penn State Alumni Assocs. in Pike-Wayne, Scranton and Fort Myers, FL where she served as secretary. She is survived by her husband of 52 years: Leroy Guccini, two daughters: Sharon Ramsay of Columbus, OH, Carla Dow of Spring, TX and two sons: Michael Guccini of Greentown, PA, Paul Guccini of Ridgewood, NJ; two brothers: Robert Fredrickson of Greensboro, NC, Donald Fredrickson of Lehigh Acres, FL; four grandchilren, Alexis Linn, Adam Dow, Taylor Guccini, Trey Guccini; and 2 great grandchildren, Aubry & Ainsley Linn. Calling hours will be Wednesday Sept 13, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. A burial prayer service will be held Thursday Sept. 14, at 10:00 at BVM Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 319 Chestnut Ave, Hawley with Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor officiating. Memorials may be made to Newfoundland Rotary or Newfoundland Area Library.
