Obituary of Edith "Oma" Rosser

Edith "Oma" Rosser, age 76, of Hawley, died Monday, October 23, 2006, at VNA Hospice At Moses Taylor in Scranton.
Mrs. Rosser was born September 15, 1930, in Chicago, IL, and was the daughter of the late Frank and Frieda(Fromm) Kekstadt.
She was an avid gardener and family was most important to her. She retired from Waymart Knit Wear in 1996 as an inspector.
She is survived by three daughters: Deborah Zalepa of Exeter, PA, Jacqueline Pettinelli of E. Haddam, CT, and Renee Rosser of Hawley, PA; one brother: Guenther Kekstadt of Quartzsite, AZ; and 5 grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Thursday, Oct 26, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Teeters East Chapel in Hawley. Funeral mass will be held Friday, Oct 27, at 10:30AM at St. Mary's RC Church in Waymart with Rev. Albosta officiating. Burial will be in Canaan Corners Cemetery in Waymart.
