Darbie D. Lyon, age 81, Bone Ridge Rd, Hawley died Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at home.
Mr. Lyon was born December 14, 1924 in Hornell, NY and was the son of the late Herbert A. and Jessica(Milliner) Lyon.
He served in the Army from 1943 to 1945 during World War II .
He was an avid dart player, bowler and pool enthusiast.
He was a retired railroad conductor for Erie Railroad.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years: Vaudine(Phillips) Lyon, one daughter: Dawn Love of Dansville, NY and one son: Thomas J. Lyon of Hawley, PA and several nieces & nephews.
Calling hours will be Monday, Oct 30, from 9:00 to 10:00AM at Teeters East Chapel. The funeral will be Monday, Oct 30, at 10:00AM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley with Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor B.V.M. Queen of Peace RC Church, officiating.
Burial will be in B.V.M. Queen Of Peace Cemetery.
