Marie,
You had a wonderful mother..always loving and caring. Rose always took pride in her family and left us with so many warm memories.
Most of all, Rose left a great legacy...her children, grand-children,and great-grand-children. We can rest assured that Rose is now dancing with Frank.
We are sorry for your loss, but as long as we remember Rose, she will always be with us.

When Lyd and I visited your home in Ozone park,
your mom was happy and laughing. I'll remember your mom that way.
Your dad was very nice also. I enjoyed talking to him about electronics.
May you mom's soul rest in peace.
Love,
Joe DeBlasi

I remember Rose Rosa as a kind, gentle, soft spoken woman who loved her husband and family. She was always there for them. And what a great cook she was!
I love the way she always called Marie "My Marie". I'll never forget that.
So sorry that she is gone but find comfort that she went to be with The Lord.

At last she is at peace and now, with God, her memory will return as she looks down and watches over her loving family

I don't know where to begin; I have a lifetime of memories. The good old days were when I was little, with my brother and two cousins. We would have holidays and I even remember a few new years together at Nanny and Pops house in Ozone Park. Twenty years ago Nanny became a widow. To keep her company, we would always go visit nanny and have dinner over the house. She loved to cook and boy was she a good cook. I miss her meals, though I now live those meals through my mothers wonderful cooking. When I came home from college, back in the day, I would still walk over to have dinner with my Nanny. It was so nice and I miss those days. As sad as it is that my Nanny has passed, she will always be remembered and thought of each and every day. She is now with my Pop, a long awaited reunion. The suffering is gone now and she is at peace. Time will heal our wounds and we should never forget that she is watching over us as a mother and grandmother and a great grandmother. There probably isn't enough characters in the little section to write about my Nanny, Rose Rosa, so I will end my thoughts with this; May God bless and keep you save in heaven. I hope you will watch me from above when I get married, that will complete your last goal in life. Give Pop a kiss for me, I love you and I will see you soon, but not yet, I have a lot more to accomplish. xoxoxoxoxox.
