Obituary of Samuel Antonio Sotomayor

Samuel Antonio Sotomayor, age 69, of Masthope, Lackawaxen, died Monday, April 16, 2007, at home. Born November 15, 1937, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Antonio and Antonia (Rivera) Sotomayor. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Angelica Sabater.
Formerly a resident of Puerto Rico, he worked as a merchant seaman prior to his retirement.
He is survived by two daughters: Angelica Patterson of Lackawaxen, PA, and Sandra Libran of Downingtown, PA.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, Apr. 18, from 10:00AM to 12:00 noon. The funeral will be Wednesday at 12:00 noon at TEETERS' First Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley. Burial will be in Green Gates Cemetery, Hawley.
