I miss you very much, Lu. My heart is lost without you. I never really knew how much you mean to me until now and it feels like it was more than I can bear to lose. I think of you everyday and see you in the birds and squirrels you loved to watch from your chair. God Bless You, My Sister. Until we meet again.

Lucille was always a generous person and fun to be around, especially for the Holidays (Easter, Christmas or Thanksgiving). That was when she would make eggplant parmageana. I don't know how she did it, but it would melt in your mouth. It was the closest thing to heaven on earth. I always felt special when she made it because she made it for me. I will sorely miss her. I pray for her and those she left behind.

My favorite memory of Aunt Lucille is when she and my mother took myself and Sophie to see the Beatles movie Help! at the Walker Cinema (I think), in Brooklyn New York. It was 1965, I was 6, and I still remember going! Aunt Lucille, may God take care of your soul and give you comfort and welcome you into his beautiful garden of eternal life....

Lucy was more than my friends mother. She was like family to me, just like her entire family. I will miss her always, but I know she is now with my brother. She will watch over her friends and family, and we'll always remember her.

Grandma was always full of energy, I never get tired of the stories that are told about her bravery and strength. She always got things done and was VERY clean and organized. I remember when i was little and every night I visited, we would eat big ice cream sundaes (which I really enjoyed)and made other great treats.I will miss her and I hope she is in a better place.

Lucy came to my aerobic studio years ago. She brought smiles and laughs everyday to me and other members. She was tough and always encouraging. She loved her family very much and will now be an angle watching over all of them. I can still hear her voice and smile today. I will miss her and remember her always.

I didn't know Lucy well. But, she seemed to be a sweet, caring, selfless Lady I would see with her kids at the school bus stop. Quiet. We spoke a few times, and always waved. My prayers go out to Shanay, John & Willie.

I remember when I was a little girl my father would always tell me I looked like his sisters. I was always so thrilled when he said this because I thought they were all beautiful! He so admired each of them. I remember my Dad would tell me about his sisters and their childhood. I loved when they visited and remember when Aunt Lucille and her family would come to my house, or we would visit them. I will always treasure the moments we were together with my father's side of the family. May God Bless you Aunt Lucille, I will say a prayer for you as you rest in peace, and for your family in their time of grief.

Lucille was so full of life and so much fun to be around when I was growing up and often made me laugh. I will always remember the fact that she always was a great decorator, had a very clean house and loved to bake cookies for us kids. When we visited her after she was married, she was always so gracious and made us feel welcome. I will miss her dearly.
Loving Sister,
Lenora Crane
