Obituary of Martha E. MacLauchlan

Martha E. MacLauchlan, age 77, of Paupackan Lake Estates, Hawley, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at home. Born July 17, 1930, in Rutherford, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Robert C. and Catherine (Hoffman) Fleming. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Edward L.MacLauchlan.
Formerly of New Jersey, she had been a local resident for the past 20 years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter: Patricia Traverse of Old Forge, PA; one son: Edward L. MacLauchlan III at home; one sister: Catherine Bullis of Rochelle Park, NJ; one grandson: Robert MacLauchlan of Old Forge, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura MacLauchlan.
Calling hours will be Saturday, Mar. 29, from 10 to 11:30 AM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Saturday, Mar. 29, at 11:30 AM at the funeral home, with Rev. Teressa Sivers, Pastor of Lakeville United Methodist Church, officiating. Cremation will be held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
