Obituary of Joseph F. Romeo

Joseph F. Romeo, age 63, of Newfoundland died Thursday, October 3, 2013, at home.
Born April 10, 1950, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph and Lucille Romeo. Prior to his retirement, he was an electrician with IBEW, Local #3. Formerly of Brooklyn, he was a Newfoundland resident since 2002.
Mr. Romeo was a member of Hamlin Hogs Motorcycle Club and also loved to hunt and fish. He was also a member of St. Rita's Roman Catholic Church, Gouldsboro.
He is survived by two daughters: Andrea Romeo and JoAnn Marietta and her husband Ronald, all of Brooklyn; one son: Joseph Romeo Jr. of Newfoundland; a grandson: Mattingly Marietta of Brooklyn; and a sister: Diane Mumola of South Carolina.
Private cremation will be held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
A Memorial Service will be held in the near future at a date and time to be announced.
