We are so sorry to hear about the sudden death of Mr. Runyon. He was one of our favorite customers. He always had a smile on his face whenever he came in to have his vehicle fixed, and if we ran into him outside of the shop, he would always ask about our son. We at Hawley Garage offer our heartfelt condolences to you. He will be missed by the staff here at the shop.

We are so sorry to hear of your tremendous loss. It was such a shock to hear. My mom so loved to see the two of you when you would stop by to visit with her. Or when you invited her up to stay with you for a few days. She always said the 2 of you had the biggest hearts. I also remember when Walter came to trim the trees at my moms house. He made them look sooo beautiful (he would always help anyone). Now he is making the good Lord smile and he is free. GOD rest your soul Walter. He came back for a very good man. We are blessed to have the privledge of knowing you!
If we can help in any way Joan, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I had alot of good memories with Uncle Walter. My first time fishing was with Uncle Walter, my first time riding a boat was with Uncle Walter and you. I remember Uncle Walter was a quarterback playing touch football with Reeders and Furmans in the back yard. My first time to a wedding was when Uncle Walter and you got married and I was the Ring baearer. I still have the picttures.
The Thanksgiving and Christmases with the family.
I remember my brother Bob shot a shotgun for the first time at Blooming Grove and it knocked Bob down, very funny.
Both of you are very good people and I always have good memories of both of you being happy and always positive. I am glad that my children got to meet both of you in Ohio.
We will be always thinking of Uncle Walter in heaven and the always good times and memories. He lived a good life.Love Always XOXOXO
