Obituary of Edward George Rynar

Edward "Ted" George Rynar, age 90, of Woodloch Springs, Hawley and formerly of Huntington and Westbury, LI, NY, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Brighten at Julia Ribaudo in Lake Ariel.
Mr. Rynar was born January 19, 1921 in England the son of the late Charles and Annie Rynar and was an adjuster for Home Insurance Company.
Ted liked golf all through the years and the slots at the casinos and followed the stock market carefully. He liked to entertain when he went to "happy hour" at the Woodloch Springs Club House. He would start singing and got others to join in. He used to like to garden when he lived on Long Island.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years: Marion Alvera (Keesler) Rynar; brother-in-law, Herbert; sister-in-law, Janice and several cousins.
Calling hours will be Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 10 to 11 am at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA, followed by a memorial service at 11 am with Rev. Martin L. Cox, Jr., Pastor Hawley United Methodist Church, officiating.
Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
