Charles A. Cornish, age 69, of Hawley died Tuesday, November 15, at home. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, the former Maria Fabio Newkirk.
Born May 18, 1942, in Gillette, NJ, he was the son of the late Jean and Esther (White) Cornish. He was a graduate of Watchung High School, Class of 1960. Prior to his retirement in 2002, he was a steamfitter and an active member of the Steamfitters Union Local #475 in Warren, NJ.
