We will miss you Uncle Wes, your hardy laugh and gentle spirit. You had some rough times over the years but you never let it stop you. Your work ethic was unbelievable.
God has called you Home and I know that is where you wanted to be. I'm so happy for you that you finally are getting to see Jesus and all of the family. Love to all of you. I'll meet you all at the "river" someday. "Oh, what a wonderful day that will be."
We all love you Uncle Wes! Lou and "Mr. Frisbie"

Bill and Wes are together again! But in a so much better place! They worked so very hard down here, and have earned their heavenly reward... not because of hard work, but because of the unbelievable GRACE of God. Rest in peace Wes. Hawley was blessed to have you and Bill for the many years it did!

Uncle Wes,
I am trying hard not to be sad
because I know how happy you are today.
The past twenty-three months have been difficult for you and now you are where you have been longing to be.
You and Uncle Bill are an amazing story from start to finish and we are so proud.
You had a tremendous faith and strong spirit and I can only imagine the reunion that is taking place in heaven with all of our family.
Until we meet again......

Uncle Wes,
My tears today are for the loss we feel as a family. My smile is for the celebration I know you are enjoying. Your battle was long and hard, but now you're at peace with the Lord and your loved ones who have been waiting for you. I'll see you again someday when he turns the page.

The beauty of growing up in a small town is the ability to really know each other. Wesley and William (or the Warner twins as I knew them) were a big part of Hawley's character when I was a kid. Riding their tractor to town and back, haying our field on the hill, and countless other memories of them abound. We were blessed by their presence, their work ethic, their gentle spirits, and earthy wisdom. Rest in peace, Wes, and thank you for sharing in the Hawley experience with us.

Hardest working two MEN , Wesley & Billy, and such a fixture in Hawley.
They are sorely missed, Riding their Blue or Grey ford tractors, or walking 1.5 Miles UPHILL just to get the tractors @ the barn. They both told Me amazing stories f how they worked at the mill, or most times dealt with folks whp didn't quite understand them, and thinking them "off". But they were the smartest 2 brothers I've ever respected or admired, both kind hearted to a fault! I miss You guys. You are Hawley...and will never be forgotten! Belss You both! Godspeed Wesley!

We will never forget how you and Billy were the first to befriend Bob and I when we took over the shop. We appreciate all you and he taught us about living here, farming, haying, and being a good friend. I am so proud of all of the things you taught my son. He speaks of the two of you every day and I am so happy he will always remember our times with you. We miss your sense of humor, your kindness and honesty. I hope you and Billy are enjoying each other's company once again. Godspeed, Wesley. You will always be a part of our family!

I just want to stop in and say that our family is geviirng over Alvin. We are keeping your whole family in our prayers. There is a definite hole here now where Alvin and Phylis were. They along with Don Claussen were the most warm, welcoming neighbors to us. They were very precious to our family. But we know they had a firm faith in their Lord. Much love to you all,David, Andrea, Dusty & Braden Schellenberg
