Hank John Welm, age 42, of Greeley died Thursday, February 5, 2015, at home.
Born April 20, 1972, in Port Jervis, NY, he was the son of the late Hank and Barbara (Shul) Welm. He was a resident of Montague, NJ, before moving to Greeley. Hank loved to listen to music and play games on his computer.
He is survived by his sister: Christine Welm of Greeley, and a nephew: Nicholas McLaughlin also of Greeley.
Cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
