Gladys E. Jennings, age 79, of Hawley and formerly of Yulan, NY and Staten Island, NY died Monday, March 30, 2015 at Regional Hospital Of Scranton.
Mrs. Jennings was born May 8, 1935 in New York City, NY and was the daughter of the late John and Irma (Polo) Botet. She was predeceased by her first husband, John Barrett in 1985.
Gladys was an administrator for Dr. Daboul in Barryville, NY and a member of the Eastern Star and Degree of Pocahontas both in NJ.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years: James Jennings; daughter & son-in-law, Jeanie & Francis Williams of Hawley, PA; two sons & daughters-in-law, John "Tim" & Lori Barrett of Staten Island, NY; Gerald Francis & Madeline Barrett of Staten Island, NY; 15 gandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; three stepchildren, James, Kathy & Elaine; two sisters: Irma Botet and Janet Mattei of Puerto Rico.
A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Forest Green Park Cemetery, Morganville, NJ.
Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel, PA.
