Last time I've seen you Harold you said, see you when you get back from Germany! I was very shocked to hear about your passing while I was visiting my family! When I came back I had to pass your house and it made me very sad not being able to see you standing on your porch anymore! You have been a very good friend to me and my husband when he was alive! You surely will be missed dearly never forget you Harold say hi to my Hooter when you see him! May you R.I.P.

Harold will always be remembered by our family as a smiling, happy-go-lucky, kind gentleman who always left us feeling bettter about our day. Long will I remember the day that along with Bill Bea, Paul Finan, Joe McGinty, Leo Beilman, and brother Albert, Harold rode with us representing the Charter Members of the Sons of the American Legion. When we added it up, I was driving more than 400 years of Hawley experiences in the Memorial Day Parade with me! God bless you, Harold!

Harold was a wonderful and caring person! We met him years ago but talked with him more after he moved close to our shop (United Metal Products). He always had a big hello and would bring vegetables to us from his garden. Harold would come in and talk to my Mom sometimes and talk about the good old days as Mom is 86. We will miss him very much.
