Obituary of Amanda Marie LoConte

Amanda Marie LoConte, age 21, of Greeley died Friday, September 4, 2015. She is survived by her parents, Anthony and Cheryl Ann (Lunn) LoConte. Born July 19, 1994, in Edison, NJ, she was a graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School, Class of 2012, where she was a cheerleader and honor roll student. She was attending Lackawanna County Community College where she was a Dean's List student. She was a member of BVM Queen of Peace RC Church. All that knew her loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace Amanda! In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Anthony Loconte III; her maternal grandparents, Jean Gourley and Robert Lunn of Whiting, NJ; her paternal grandmother, Carol LoConte of Toms River, NJ; her aunts, Babrara Bresee, Anita Lunn, Kristy Lunn, Maria Schiele and Monica Lunn; her uncles, Jack Lunn, Ben Lunn, Ken Lunn and Joseph LoConte; her cousins, Breann Bresee, April Bresee, Melissa Lunn, John Lunn, Mitchell Lunn, Lillian Lunn, Olivia Lunn, Rebecca Schiele, Jessica Schiele, Robert Schiele Jr. and Josh Schiele. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Anthony LoConte Sr. Calling hours will be Tuesday, September 8, from 4 PM to 8 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. There will be a Funeral Mass Wednesday, September 9, at 10:00 AM at BVM Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 314 Chestnut Ave, Hawley, with Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor, officiating. Those attending the Funeral Mass on Wednesday are asked to go directly to the church. Private cremation will be held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel. The family was not prepared for this tragedy therefore, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
