Debra Lee Kozina, age 64, Lakeville died Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Regional Hospital Of Scranton.
Ms. Kozina was born March 18, 1951 in Chilton, NJ and was the daughter of Joan (Huck) Grassi and the late James Fassett.
She was a newspaper delivery person.
She is survived by one daughter: Rikki Kozina of Vancouver, WA; one son, Nicholas Kozina & his fiancee, Sidney Somers of Vancouver, WA; mother & stepfather, Joseph & Joan Grassi of Lakeville, PA; grandson, Grayson Kozina; half brother, Michael Grassi of Ringwood, NJ; half sister, Kelly Fassett of PA.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
